The company, which is now in its seventh year of operation, was born out of the ashes of Affretair cargo airline. An astute group of local businessmen pooled their resources and bought the equipment and assets of the insolvent company and established AGS to continue providing vital service on the cargo industry. The company operates out of premises at Harare International Airport.

AGS provides comprehensive cargo handling and storage as well as aircraft handling and loading service for a diverse clientele. The company handles cargo for commercial clients who include airlines (full and belly freighter aircraft), mining, telecommunications and banking industries and individuals. The company's operations are run by a dedicated and professional workforce committed to service excellence.

Today AGS has become synonymous with quality cargo service and has won accolades in its field. The company was a recipient of the prestigious "British Airways Regional Ground Handling Service for Africa", testament to its superiority in this competitive industry.
